Unless a child has a disease that makes them unable to help being large, it should be considered child abuse. Parents are responsible for teaching their children healthy eating habits and telling them when enough is enough. A child doesn't know that they aren't supposed to be eating 4 cheeseburgers from Mcdonalds on a daily basis. This is practically the same as starving your child, I believe anyways becuase it will result in the early death of your kid. I think the mother should be put in jail.
