I have always loved this video. Considering I have great respect Bas, I am not going to post the entire thing. I have searched for some of the best scenes for all of you to see, in hopes that this may spark some interest and make you buy the best defense video on the market. Bas Rutten is funny, and keeps your attention, throughout this whole video. It’s pretty amazing, considering how many of these videos just flat out suck. It’s a real relief when you get to learn from someone with a sense of humor, like Bas. MMA would be half of what it is today, without the star power of the Infamous “El Guapo”.
