Bas Rutten’s Self-Defense video is freaking awesome!

I have always loved this video. Considering I have great respect Bas, I am not going to post the entire thing. I have searched for some of the best scenes for all of you to see, in hopes that this may spark some interest and make you buy the best defense video on the market. Bas Rutten is funny, and keeps your attention, throughout this whole video. It’s pretty amazing, considering how many of these videos just flat out suck. It’s a real relief when you get to learn from someone with a sense of humor, like Bas. MMA would be half of what it is today, without the star power of the Infamous “El Guapo”. he is really funny! That knife speech in the beginning is priceless! I just wish he could still fight, because he was way more fun to watch then what UFC is putting out now!
Bas is the man – he can rumble, have a laugh and knows how to beat people up in style. Some website warriors give him grief on YouTube for his Pancrase fights where he slaps…. Err… maybe these guys are missing the point that a) they were the rules and b) he still knocked ppl out with them!
