I was recently looking through hulu and I found this great video that proves that many people in the fitness industry are willing t0 get scammed. I know if you want to be fit there is no replacement for hard work. Eating right and doing strength and cardiovascular exercises cannot be replaced by gimmicks and miracle ab machines.
